About these planners

This staff or facilities planner is available for any number of staff - your choice. You don't have to use it for staff planning, it could be for controlling equipment hire, etc. It is available for any 12 month period, with a box for every single day - you choose any start date.

Available in a choice of 10 colours. The 48" & 60" versions are available printed on light card. Any number of staff, although 50 is a practical max.

The 60" version is also available as a single panel, rather than the two panels for each 6 month period.

About our papers

Our papers are FSC certified and acid free. All planners are printed edge to edge (no white borders), unless otherwise stated above. As standard we use a heavy weight bright white 140gsm matt paper.

For certain planners the larger sizes may be available using a light weight 230gsm bright white matt card.

These papers are NOT laminated, and can be written on using pen, pencil, marker pen and highlighter pen, etc.
About our inks

All planners are printed using the highest quality Canon pigment inks. These inks are waterproof - if they should get wet the colours will not run, unlike conventional inks. They are also fade proof, so if exposed to sunlight they will not fade, again unlike conventional inks.
About our sizes
Our 24" x 16" size is virtually the same as A2.
Our 36" x 24" size is larger than A1.
Our 48" x 24" is larger still!
Many of our planners are also available in a giant 60" x 24" size.
